This plug-in loads Stocks data from YAHOO! finance and displays the data on the World Wind globe.
[edit] Installation
Download Stocks plug-in and double click the downloaded file, follow the on-screen prompts to install the plug-in.
[edit] Usage
To use the plug-in load World Wind, open the Plug-Ins menu and click Load/Unload... (see figure 1).
Click on Stocks in the Plugin Load/Unload window and then press the Load button, the indicator next to Stocks should turn green, you can now safely close the Plugin Load/Unload window.
To Load the Stocks data go to Plug-Ins -->Stocks and click Update Stocks now (see figure 2).
If the Show percentages item is ticked percentage values will be displayed instead of the actual stock value, an increased stock value is displayed in green, a decrease in red, moving your mouse over an icon will display more detailed information, and clicking an icon will display the relavent YAHOO! finance web page.
