This add-on is all of the hotspots from the World Wind Central Hotspot site.
The data is not automatically updated in WW, so you'll need to re-download the data from here if you want to see the latest hotspots.
The data download is quite large, currently about 1 MiB.
[edit] Installation
Put the wwc_hotspots.xml into C:\Program Files\NASA\World Wind 1.3\Config\Earth.
