we have ww java clones ([1] [2]) and official java version from nasa is in development (Road Map#v1.5) --m_k 18:49, 13 Jun 2006 (UTC)

I see this is pretty much a dead project, I wonder if anyone has heard of worldwind java sdk? It would be much more feasible to make a client application with that rather then try to port a directx and .net app over to Linux. just my 2 cents.
