Missing tiles in NLT

• Nome is missing in NLT data, location area:

64.88, -165.66 -- Area extends from lat 72.00 down to lat 58.48

• Some Landsat "Paths" were accidentally left out of processing...fixing [CM]

• Equator East of Prime Meridian, some scenes were cut out that shouldn't have been...ERMapper issue, fixing [CM : Fixed]
• Strips in Eastern Australia and Indonesia were left out, also fixing [CM : Fixed]
• Parts of South-Eastern Australian coast appear as double images
• worldwind://goto/world=Earth&lat=-49.40921&lon=69.55841&alt=133124 <-- missing NLT imagery. There is WWC LandSat of the area
