Plug-ins ideas notepad

  • World map showing current position. Similar to Globe Icon but with a flat map.
  • Mouse position info. Using new PickingRayIntersectionWithTerrain(). Show lat/lon and alt at mouse position. Show distance from current camera target to mouse location like a 'live' measure tool.
  • Ground view window. Like Mashi's Mini Globe but showing the view from just above the ground, looking to the horizon in the direction pointed by the mouse ground position. It would allow to see mountains profile in any direction and pan around just by moving the mouse around the current camera target location.
